A Message from the Principal

 Dear Early Learning Families,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I hope you and your family are enjoying the final days of summer and feeling excited about the start of a new school year. We are thrilled to welcome our returning students and greet our new families joining the ELA preschool community.

Our staff has been busy preparing classrooms, planning engaging lessons, and creating a warm, welcoming environment where all students can grow both academically and socially. We are committed to making this year one of connection, growth, and achievement for every student.

Here’s what you can expect as we kick off the year:

  • Open House –August 29, 2025 (Last Name A-L 5:00 p.m.; Last Name M-Z 6:00 p.m.) Come meet our dedicated staff, explore your child’s classroom, meet your bus driver and get excited for the year ahead!

  • First Day of School – Tuesday, September 2, 2025
Please be sure to review the arrival and dismissal procedures, which will be shared via email and posted on our website.

  • Communication is Key
You’ll receive weekly updates from the school via the Talking Points App, and teachers will stay connected through newsletters, classroom communication folders, and our Talking Points messaging system. You can download this app to your phone or computer to stay up-to-date on all the happenings around our school.

This year, our theme is “Lighting The Path to Our Future”—a reminder that we are all partners in helping our little leaders thrive. Whether it’s reading at home, attending school events, or simply asking your child about their day, your involvement makes a difference.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher or to me with questions, ideas, or concerns. We are here to support your family every step of the way.

Wishing you a joyful and successful school year!
